Finding Solutions Beyond the Smog

The third day of the Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Exchange project "Pollution Pandemic" (Project Code: 2025-1-RO01-KA152-YOU-000299532) encouraged participants to move beyond identifying environmental problems and begin developing practical solutions through teamwork and creativity.

Coordinated by the Green Empowerment Association, the project gathered participants from Romania, Türkiye, Lithuania, Germany, and Bulgaria to participate in "Exploring Outdoor Air Pollution." Through the Pollution Detective Challenge, teams analyzed real-life environmental scenarios, investigated the causes of outdoor air pollution, and proposed sustainable solutions that communities can implement to reduce harmful emissions and improve public health.

Later, participants expressed their environmental messages during the "Let's Get Creative" workshop by designing informative posters highlighting both indoor and outdoor air pollution. Combining scientific knowledge with artistic expression allowed participants to transform complex environmental information into accessible visual campaigns. The activities reinforced the project's mission of empowering young people to become ambassadors for cleaner air and environmental sustainability in their local communities.
